Glenhurst was originally named Froebel House, a school established by Mrs Prentice on the site of an old glove factory at Bedhampton. The school then re-located, and was founded in its present name by the Miss Curry sisters in 1958. The new Nursery building was officially opened in October 2006.
Glenhurst Nursery and Pre-School provides well-rounded care and education in a healthy and happy environment, to suit the needs of the individual child. Our Practitioners know each child as an individual and can cater for their specific needs.
Glenhurst staff encourage good manners and behaviour, and children are taught by example to become thoughtful, caring individuals.
