Admissions
If you are considering a place for your child at Glenhurst, you and your child are invited to visit us to meet the staff and the other children. Your child will be able to play and explore their new surroundings while you learn more about Glenhurst and the services we can offer you and your family.
On receipt of your completed Entrance Form we will write to confirm your child's place, starting date, and your chosen days and hours of care required. Prior to your child starting in the Nursery, Rising 3 Class or Pre-School we will give you a New Parents Information Pack which contains forms that you are required to complete. We will also arrange two free of charge settling in sessions of 2 hours each, which we recommend are taken the week before your child starts.
By commencing paid sessions at Glenhurst you are accepting our terms and conditions, which include prompt payment of fees and giving 4 weeks notice in writing before reducing confirmed sessions or withdrawing your child. The entrance form is a formal, legally binding contract between you and Glenhurst to this effect.
Glenhurst is open for 50 weeks per year for year round children, with 3 educational terms per year for term time children. You may choose to place your child at Glenhurst on a term-time only basis or on a year-round basis. Please see our Fees page for further information.
