Fees are invoiced and are payable monthly in advance, and are due by the 5th of every month. Late payments will incur a charge of £10.00 per week.
If you would like to pay fees wholly or partly using employer childcare vouchers then we understand that these will be paid to us at various times throughout the month depending on your employer. However any balance outstanding over and above the value of the childcare vouchers due must be paid by the 5th of every month.
If you will be on holiday when fees are due please ensure that they are paid early or in your absence to avoid late payment charges.
Additional hours and lunches can be booked as required, and invoices for these services are due for immediate payment. |

Arrival and departure times are noted in the class registers on the hour. Hours begin from 8am, 9am, with the exception of the first quarter of an hour from 7.45am to 8.00am which is charged separately. You are welcome to arrive or leave at any time on your confirmed days and within your confirmed hours however there can be no deduction for part hours. For example: arrivals at 8.30am will be charged from 8am, and departures at 4.30pm will be charged to 5pm. Early arrivals or late collections of more than 10 minutes will be invoiced separately at the above hourly rates and such invoices are due for immediate payment. |
Early Years Grant Information for Year Round Customers
Please note that the hourly rate for 3-4 year olds is for hours over and above the free Early Years Grant entitlement. If hours over and above the entitlement include any lunch hours from 12 noon to 1pm then these hours will be charged at £6.00 each per day. Breakfast hours (8-9am) and tea hours (4-5pm) are included. If you are only taking your maximum entitlement with no additional hours over and above this then any breakfast, lunch or tea hours will be charged at £2.00 each per day. |

If you would like to pay fees wholly or partly using employer childcare vouchers then we understand that these will be paid to us at various times each month depending on your employer. However any balance outstanding over and above the value of the childcare vouchers due must be paid either termly in advance or in monthly instalments by the 5th of every month.
If you wish to place your child on a term-time only basis then you are also welcome to use the Holiday Club, and this will need to be booked and paid for in advance of holiday periods.
Additional hours and lunches can also be booked as required, and invoices for these services are due for immediate payment. |
