Breakfast Club / AfterSchool Club
Glenhurst is open for 50 weeks of the year, providing care from 8.00am until 6.00pm, including school holidays.

If you wish to use the Breakfast Club or After School Club on an occasional basis, please let the Office know beforehand, or on the day. If you wish to use the Breakfast Club or After School Club on a regular basis, there is a 10% discount for booking termly in advance, providing that payment is made promptly.
Holiday Club
A Holiday Club is run throughout school holidays with the exception of UK Public Holidays and our two closure weeks (between Christmas and New Year and the last week in August). The Holiday Club is open from 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and must be booked and paid for at least one month in advance. All meals and snacks are provided.

Payment of Fees
Fees are payable termly in advance or by monthly payments. If you choose to pay in monthly instalments then an interest charge of 6.5% will be added to the termly invoice before it is split into three monthly amounts. You are welcome to use the Breakfast Club and After Care either by booking a term’s care in advance or using these services on a casual basis. The Early Years Grant for each term will be deducted from your termly invoice (whether you choose to pay termly or monthly).
Payment Methods
Payment is accepted by cash, cheque, standing order, direct bank payment either from you or from an employer, and by paper or electronic childcare vouchers (Accor, Busy Bees, 4-Care, Sodexho Pass etc). |
